in an abandoned clinic in an abandoned island.
the island is called "gunkanjima" (battleship island) in nagasaki, japan.

these chimneys are in kakiurajima island, sakito.
they are just behind a saltworks.
this island was a coal mine island appeared in ryu murakami's "coin locker babies".
they may be built when coal mining was the biggest business in this island.
